RHINO SHOE Ultranite Series is now certified by SIRIM & approved by DOSH (JKKP)
23 May 2019, We are pleased to announce that our RHINO SHOE Ultranite series has been successfully tested & certified by Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM). On top of that, it has also been approved by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH). These are in addition to the CE certification which we've obtained last year. These certifications and approval have made RHINO SHOE Ultranite Series one of the very few safety shoe brands in the market which has triple certifications. The 20th Conference and Exhibition on Occupational Safety and Health(COSH) was held in Putrajaya International Convention Center on 18th & 19th September 2017. During this 2 days, it sucessfully attracted around 1,200 participants to take part in this conference and exhibition.

Province Wellesley Run 2017
Province Wellesley Run 2017 is a non-profit running event to be held in Butterworth on 5th November 2017. The event will feature two categories namely the 12KM Competition and 7KM Fun Run. Organized by MY CO2 and Safetyware, the event is endorsed by Penang State Government and proceeds will be channeled towards enriching communities in Seberang Prai.

Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. had successfully register trademark in Laos. Referring to the statement, Safetyware's name has been registered into National Registry of Trademark in Laos and has legal force in Territory of0Laos.
With this certificate, Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. will be given 10 years of protection on trademark until 8th February 2027.

Penang Mass CPR-AED 2017
Mass CPR & AED Event 2017 was held at SMJK Jit Sin on 6th May 2017. A total of 4746 students & teachers were included in this event. Under training provided by professional first-aider from different communities, participants got the precious chance to learn about Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and steps to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

RHINO SHOE Received Boosts in 2017 Dubai Intersec Exhibition
Rhino Shoe was one of the participants in the leading industrial safety shows – Intersec Exhibition which completed from 22nd to 24th January 2017 in Dubai, UAE. This exhibition was held in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre Trade Centre Arena. It had attract 1304 exhibitors and also 33,212 visitors from 128 countries around the world.

Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. had successfully register trademark in Brunei. Referring to the statement, Safetyware's name has been registered as proprietor which certified under Section 41 and Rule 34 from Brunei's Trade Marks Act.
With this certificate, Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. will be given 10 years of protection on trademark until 07th March 2026.

DOSH Star Rating Award (4 Stars Rating)
26th November 2016, Butterworth
Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. was awarded 4 stars by DOSH in the DOSH Star Rating Award for post-audit session. Compared to our pre-audit result, which is 3 stars rated, we successfully received improvement in this OSH Compliance Support Door To Door Program. This award giving ceremony was held in Pearl View Hotel, Butterworth. The award was given out based on the audit done in October with selected companies. All the selected companies will be evaluated compared to the previous audit made in May to see their improvement. Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. was one of the selected companies and we are honoured for passing the audit with flying colors again as we were granted with a 4-star rating this time.

Yong Ai Christmas Celebration 2016
26th November 2016, Kulim
Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. organised a Christmas Celebration in Yong Ai Orphanage to bring joy and fun together with the orphans. There are a total of 12 children from the orphanage and 20 staffs from Safetyware took part in this joyful event.
This Christmas Celebration was organized by WOW Club from Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. The objective of WOW Club is to be active in the social, cultural and moral welfare of the community. Before this event, Team Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) from Safetyware WOW Club had conducted few more activities like selling homemade cupcakes, collecting recycling items and also located a donation box in the office to collect funds for the orphanage. Besides that, we also donate out RM1 for each box of N95 respiratory masks being sold. In between the event, we successfully sold 2491 boxes of masks which means there will be RM2491 donation funds. With all the fund raising activities conducted, we have successfully funded RM5000 and donated to the Yong Ai Orphanage.

Golden Eagle Award 2016

Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. was awarded Excellent Eagles in Golden Eagle Awards 2016 which organized by Nanyang Siang Pau in the Genting International Convention Center.
"Breaking Raging Waves, Initiating New Chapters" was the theme of Golden Eagle Awards 2016 as it brings out the meaning of economic climate amid raging waves, businesses look forward to initiating a new chapter of growth. There were 135 award winners during the night and Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. was honoured to be one of them. The awards were categorized into 4, which included International Eagle, Eminent Eagle, Excellent Eagle and Emerging Eagle.

Zoll AED Launched in Penang International Airport
Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. was one of the organizations to sponsor and support the 10th Zoll AED which was launched in Penang International Airport. In order to support the "Penang Heart-Safe" Programme, the Automated External Defribillator (AED) machine was installed in the arrival hall of Penang International Airport. This event was officiated by Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, while joining him included the State Health Committee Chairman, Dr Afif Bahardin and also Malaysia Airport Operation Manager, Mr Mohammad Suhaimi Mubin.

RHINO SHOE Tested & Complied with Singapore Standard SS 513 : 2013
5th September 2016, Singapore
Safetyware Group passed batch testing on Rhino Safety Shoes which inspected by Setsco Services Pte. Ltd. The test was conducted in Safetyware (SG) Pte Ltd on 15th August 2016. There were 3 types of TPU Series safety shoes being tested which include PU-3100, TP-3100SP and TP-6300SP. The test were conducted in 2 standards which is Part 1 - Requirements and Part 2 - Test Methods.

DOSH Star Rating Award (3 Stars Rating)

As part of the Workplace Safety & Health Week, DOSH Penang (JKKP Pulau Pinang) has organized an award giving ceremony which was held in Penang Golf Resort, Bertam. Safetyware Sdn Bhd has raised a total of RM12,000 from the "Donate RM1 with every pair of Rhino Shoe Sold" campaign. A lump sum of RM6,000 is donated to the Ru Yi Home Penang, while the remaining is donated to the Shine Home Association Bukit Mertajam and Pertubuhan Penyayang Chi Yun.
