A Strategic Step Forward
We are pleased to announce that Safetyware Group will undergo a company restructuring, effective 1 July 2025. This strategic move is designed to sharpen our focus on core strengths, boost operational efficiency, and deliver a more streamlined customer experience.
With this change, we are restructuring into two specialized entities to better serve different markets:
🔹Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. – Dedicated to PPE manufacturing and international exports
🔸Safetyware Solutions Sdn. Bhd. – Focused on trading, distribution, rental, and services within Malaysia
Why Are We Restructuring?
The business landscape is evolving rapidly. In response, we’re aligning our structure to:
✅ Concentrate on key business areas
✅ Reduce process complexity
✅ Increase service responsiveness
✅ Enhance long-term customer satisfaction
This restructure ensures each company can focus exclusively on its area of expertise, delivering even greater value to all stakeholders.
What Will Change?
From 1 July 2025 onwards:
- Customers in Malaysia will deal with Safetyware Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
- Overseas customers and partners will engage with Safetyware Sdn. Bhd.
- Purchase orders, billing, and transactions will be directed to the appropriate entity
- Existing prices, product offerings, and account contacts remain unchanged
- For ongoing orders placed before 1 July 2025 with Safetyware Sdn. Bhd., fulfillment will continue as usual.
Customers
If you’re a customer:
- Kindly update your system to reflect Safetyware Solutions Sdn. Bhd. as your trading partner for orders from 1 July 2025 onward.
- No change to your current payment terms unless otherwise informed.
- Existing orders issued to Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. prior to 1st July 2025 will be fulfilled as usual.
- All existing product prices, stock availability, and delivery schedules remain unchanged.
Who to Contact?
Your current sales representatives or customer service contacts remain the same. Should you need help identifying which entity to work with, feel free to reach out to our sales team.
Vendors and Business Partners
If you’re a vendor or supplier:
- You may receive new purchase orders from either entity depending on your product category
- No change to your current payment terms unless otherwise informed
- Kindly update your systems to recognize the new company structure before 1 July 2025
