What you’ll be doing:


1.  Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.

2. Coordination & Communication:

  • Support inter-departmental communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.

3. Project Assistance:

  • Support corporate projects, CSR initiatives, and company events.
  • Conduct research and compile necessary information for project execution.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.

4. Other Tasks:

    • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Location:

  • Bukit Minyak Industrial Estate, Penang

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate backend services with 3rd party platform
  • Participate in the troubleshooting and debugging of backend issues, providing timely resolutions
  • Support the improvement of our codebase by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Engage in database management tasks, including schema design, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Contribute to the development of automated scripts to improve our operational efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and maintain code quality.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

  • Assist in daily financial operations tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and filling documents.
  • Help update and maintain the finance administrative data table, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Customer Support & Communication:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Support the team in resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

2. Order Processing & Follow-up:

  • Assist in processing customer orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

3. Walk-in Customer Assistance:

  • Assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products and services based on customer needs.
  • Guide customers in selecting suitable products and processing their purchases.

4. Other Tasks:

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
