What you’ll be doing:
1. Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
2. Coordination & Communication:
- Support inter-departmental communication and coordination of tasks.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
3. Project Assistance:
- Support corporate projects, CSR initiatives, and company events.
- Conduct research and compile necessary information for project execution.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.
4. Other Tasks:

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate backend services with 3rd party platform
- Participate in the troubleshooting and debugging of backend issues, providing timely resolutions
- Support the improvement of our codebase by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Engage in database management tasks, including schema design, data migration, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to the development of automated scripts to improve our operational efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and maintain code quality.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

- Assist in organizing and filling documents.
- Help update and maintain the finance administrative data table, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone and email.

- Support the team in resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
2. Order Processing & Follow-up:
- Assist in processing customer orders and tracking deliveries.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
3. Walk-in Customer Assistance:
- Assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services based on customer needs.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products and processing their purchases.
4. Other Tasks:
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
