This BLS training is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of life-saving techniques, including high-quality chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). It prepares individuals to respond to cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants.
- Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in cardiac emergencies.
- Provide rescue breathing and airway management.
- Identify the signs of cardiac arrest and respond accordingly.
- Work as part of a team to provide Basic Life Support in emergency situations.

Participant Limit
- 6 participants per group to ensure hands-on practice and individual attention during training sessions.
Training Methodology
The course employs a mix of theoretical learning and hands-on practice, covering:
- CPR techniques for different age groups
- Use of AEDs for both adult and pediatric cases
- Team-based scenarios for realistic emergency response
Assessment & Certification
- Participants will be assessed through practical exercises.
- Upon successful completion, they will receive a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, valid for 2 years.
