No Gift Policy
Your continued support is the best gift to us. Safetyware Sdn Bhd is committed to conducting all business activities with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
In line with this commitment, Safetyware Sdn Bhd adopts a No Gift Policy, whereby the Company and its employees are not permitted to give or receive gifts, benefits, or items of value from current or potential customers, suppliers, vendors, agents, or business partners. This policy has been effective since 1 January 2017.
The purpose of this policy is to prevent any actual or perceived conflict of interest and to ensure that all business decisions are made fairly, objectively, and in the best interest of the Company.

Policy Exceptions
The following items are exempted from the No Gift Policy:
- Gifts or promotional items given or received during exhibitions, conferences, seminars, or similar events, provided they are offered equally to all attendees.

Non-monetary items such as greeting cards, thank-you notes, certificates, or calendars.

Food and beverages provided by or to customers, suppliers, or vendors, where offered as part of normal business hospitality to maintain positive business relationships.
