What you’ll be doing:

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events
• Arranging and conducting in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their safety requirements and present tailored solutions
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Continuously updating the sales pipeline and accurately reporting on sales activities and progress
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support the development of sales materials and campaigns
• Follow up payment collection

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the safety equipment or industrial supplies industry
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as you are required to deal with Mandarin speaking customers
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deals
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide responsive and professional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, fax, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution
• Follow up and ensure payment collection is on time
• To arrange sample or loan to the customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer journey
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
• Able to speak in Mandarin as you are required to liase with Mandarin speaking customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• Computer literate

Tugas kerja:

1) Pengurusan Stok
Menerima, menyemak, dan menyusun stok yang masuk ke dalam gudang.
Memastikan barang disimpan dengan betul mengikut kategori dan peraturan penyimpanan.

2) Pemprosesan Pesanan
Mengambil, membungkus, dan menyediakan barangan untuk penghantaran kepada pelanggan atau cawangan lain.

3) Penyelenggaraan Gudang
Memastikan kawasan stor sentiasa bersih, kemas, dan tersusun.
Mematuhi peraturan keselamatan semasa mengendalikan barangan dan peralatan di gudang.

4) Penggunaan Peralatan & Kenderaan
Mengendalikan peralatan seperti forklift, pallet jack, atau troli untuk pemindahan barang.

5) Pematuhan Keselamatan & SOP
Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan garis panduan kerja yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.

5) Laporan & Dokumentasi
Mengemas kini rekod keluar masuk stok dalam sistem atau borang yang disediakan.
